The Wonder Women training and mentorship is an initiation into your Wonder Woman- your most sovereign, radiant and empowered embodiment. It's a remembering and reclamation of who you are and why you’re here, so you can show up whole, holy, and step into your truest expression and most aligned service.
Across nine months, you will experience a profound journey of transformation while receiving the skills and confidence to facilitate spaces of true connection and become a trained Wonder Women Facilitator through our 200-hour certification.
This journey is for the woman who is ready to embody her highest potential — to awaken her divine feminine essence and step into sovereign, graceful leadership.

This is a journey that will take you deeper into your heart, revealing your radiant, confident, crystalline essence. This initiation will incorporate ritual, embodiment and devotional practices, prayer, yogic techniques, elemental wisdom, and so much more.

You’ll reconnect with the wisdom of your sacred heart, sensuality and creative expression, reclaim pleasure and radiance as your natural state, and activate your unique medicine and song through ritual, embodiment and devotional practices, prayer, yogic techniques, and elemental wisdom.
Together, we’ll deepen intuition, strengthen spiritual connection, and awaken the remembrance that your body is an instrument through which life moves, sacred pleasure is felt, and God's song manifests through your creative expression.

about us
We are Sofia Tsakiridou and Bianca Kempe, co-creators of a movement where women’s innate worth, wisdom, unique medicine and creative expression are celebrated and magnified. Our mission is to empower women in embodying their highest potential, awaken their divine feminine essence, and step into sovereign, graceful leadership, while staying deeply connected to themselves, each other, and Mother Earth.
We first met in Costa Rica in 2020 and from there, our friendship blossomed into sacred sisterhood, and shared service. Our shared passions quickly inspired us to weave our medicines together and begin co-creating women’s retreats and online women’s circles.
Sofia, a spirit-driven guide, dedicates her life to nurturing connection - body, mind and soul. Rooted in a lineage of healing women, her devotion is to awaken and nurture the Divine Feminine, to reclaim the sacred and empower heart-lead leadership from soft strength, ease and pleasure. In honouring the wisdom of the innate cycles within and without, the re-membering in circle, the deep weaving with sacred plant allies and somatic wisdom that unfurls when we create spaces to tap into Beingness - listening, receiving the potent nectar of our soma and heart - she curates spaces of remembrance, of wholeness.
Bianca is a devoted Rose Priestess and the founder of the Mystery School of the Rose, a mystery school devoted to supporting women in remembering their roles as conscious creators and leaders of the New Earth. Her work weaves ancient Egyptian rituals with contemporary practices to guide others in reconnecting with their divine nature. She lives amidst the sacred mountains of Costa Rica, where she is a devoted student of nature’s wisdom. From this land, she channels her teachings and stewards Mū Earth, a sanctuary and mystery school for study, ceremony, longevity and spiritual transformation. She is deeply committed to the path of the heart and invites others to reconnect with their intuition, embrace empowered leadership and participate in the collective rebirth of the Divine Feminine.
We imagine a world where women remember themselves as heart-led leaders, where they no longer compete, but rise together. This is a global movement of heart-led Wonder Women that celebrate divine feminine embodiment, honor the earth, and inspire empowerment worldwide.

Over nine months, you will be guided on a journey of meeting yourself in new ways, with new depth: connecting with your heart and body more deeply and intimately, deepening your connection with God and your Prayer, awakening your muse and becoming a vessel for creative energy. You'll learn practical space holding skills, healing techniques and become empowered to step into your role as a divine feminine leader of this new time, of the New Earth. Majority of sessions will take place at 10am PST/ 7pm CET and each call will last 90 minutes and be recorded for those who cannot join live.

I Gate one: Tending to the temple
A passage of purification and radical ownership—cleansing body, mind, emotions, spirit, and daily life to make space and attune to the current of the divine. It invites you to honor yourself as the living temple by tending to your vessel, environment, habits, relationships, and all that you allow to nourish or inhabit your being and space. This is an essential step to move forward from a place of clarity and alignment, rather than through the lens of distortion.

II Gate two: heroine's journey
A journey of self-inquiry rooted in Advaita—the realization of oneness between self and Self. Through meditation, reflection, and stillness, it invites you to explore your origin story, meet and tend to your inner child and the deeper “I AM Self,” returning to the truth of who you are beyond separation.

An initiation into living and leading from the heart through the path of devotion. Through prayer, awakening our creative muse, activating our voice and connecting back to elemental wisdom, we remember our place in the web of all creation and acknowledge our responsibility to use our voice as an instrument of the Divine. Through ritual, ceremony, and stillness, this Gate opens the kingdom of the temple heart.

A return to feminine remembrance and the beauty way—honoring the natural cycles, rhythms, and seasons of life. It awakens the peaceful warrior and the Wonder Women within, inviting leadership rooted in soft power, grace, and unwavering strength. Through sovereignty and empowerment, this Gate calls forth the embodiment of the Divine Feminine as a living expression of harmony, compassion, and purpose.

An initiation into the living mystery of the feminine, a path of liberation, pleasure, and sensual embodiment that awakens the creative life force within. It is a remembrance of the womb as the sacred seat of power, creation, and intuitive wisdom. We will flow through the five Wonder Womben pillars—Sacred Body / Sacred Power, Temple Arts, The Priestess Path, The Art of Ritual & Ceremony, and Awakening the Goddess Within.

VII Gate seven: Integration
This is a month of integration and allowing everything that was and is land more deeply into your being. Allowing spaciousness for all the new parts of you that have been awakened to find home while also allowing breathing room to continue unraveling and shedding that which no longer serves. A time for rest and if energy and inspiration is there, to make any necessary changes to support your process of becoming. We will also be in Crete at this time with our Ecstatic Heart and Ecstatic Womban Immersions. We highly encourage and invite you to join us in magical Greece for these journeys to continue deepening and embodying the Wonder Women archetype more fully. There's nothing like our in-person immersions filled with so much joy, playfulness, prayer, magic, miracles, connection, sisterhood, creativity and more! Ecstatic Heart & Ecstatic Womben.
VIII Gate eight: temple arts
A study and embodiment of the technology of the Temple of Isis—an initiation into heka, the art of transformation and living magic. Learn to create and tend sacred space, cultivate temple consciousness, ritual roles, coherent ritual processes. Embody the archetype of your Priestess, walk the beauty way and learn how to craft and hold ceremonies, engage with ritual tools, and live as a sacred vessel of in service to the divine. Initiation into the Sisterhood of the Rose.

The paradigm shift is real and we are all an essential part of the transition into heart-centred consciousness.
