Through the art of women’s circles, mantra, movement, ceremony, stillness, yogic practices & time immersed in nature, you’ll return to your own authenticity, & from that place, learn to hold sacred, transformative spaces for others.
Ecstatic Heart is a complete experience in itself, a personal journey of awakening that lays the foundation for guiding sacred spaces and authentic leadership—and for those who wish to go deeper, it’s the perfect spark to continue your facilitation journey with our Wonder Women Online Training.

about us
We are Sofia Tsakiridou and Bianca Kempe, co-creators of a movement where women’s innate worth, wisdom, unique medicine and creative expression are celebrated and magnified. Our mission is to empower women in embodying their highest potential, awaken their divine feminine essence, and step into sovereign, graceful leadership, while staying deeply connected to themselves, each other, and Mother Earth.
We first met in Costa Rica in 2020 and from there, our friendship blossomed into sacred sisterhood, and shared service. Our shared passions quickly inspired us to weave our medicines together and begin co-creating women’s retreats and online women’s circles.
Sofia, a spirit-driven guide, dedicates her life to nurturing connection - body, mind and soul. Rooted in a lineage of healing women, her devotion is to awaken and nurture the Divine Feminine, to reclaim the sacred and empower heart-lead leadership from soft strength, ease and pleasure. In honouring the wisdom of the innate cycles within and without, the re-membering in circle, the deep weaving with sacred plant allies and somatic wisdom that unfurls when we create spaces to tap into Beingness - listening, receiving the potent nectar of our soma and heart - she curates spaces of remembrance, of wholeness.
Bianca is a devoted Rose Priestess and the founder of the Mystery School of the Rose, a mystery school devoted to supporting women in remembering their roles as conscious creators and leaders of the New Earth. Her work weaves ancient Egyptian rituals with contemporary practices to guide others in reconnecting with their divine nature. She lives amidst the sacred mountains of Costa Rica, where she is a devoted student of nature’s wisdom. From this land, she channels her teachings and stewards Mū Earth, a sanctuary and mystery school for study, ceremony, longevity and spiritual transformation. She is deeply committed to the path of the heart and invites others to reconnect with their intuition, embrace empowered leadership and participate in the collective rebirth of the Divine Feminine.
We imagine a world where women remember themselves as heart-led leaders, where they no longer compete, but rise together. This is a global movement of heart-led Wonder Women that celebrate divine feminine embodiment, honor the earth, and inspire empowerment worldwide.

Join us as we take the 16 inch journey from the head to the heart. Immerse yourself in a soul-nourishing experience to awaken your ecstatic heart. Where we will be staying
Our retreat will be held at Rinido, a peaceful haven perched above the quiet, subtropical valley of Tertsa, on the southern coast of Crete, Greece, facing the Libyan Sea. This hidden gem is surrounded by wild banana trees, adventurous cliffs and panoramic sea views — an ideal environment for deep rest and reconnection.
Rinido is a space created with intention, simplicity and care — offering a return to nature and to yourself. It’s named after the ancient word for this part of the mountain range and everything about it invites you to slow down and live in rhythm with the land. The entire retreat center is solar-powered and hot water is heated with wood fire — embracing sustainable, off-grid living.
Accommodation types include tiny homes, available as shared or private rooms, as well as bell tents nestled into the landscape. Facilities include outdoor showers, shared bathrooms and a beautiful communal kitchen and lounge area — all maintained with daily care. Each tiny house includes: bedding & bath towels, fan, shelves & hangers and mosquito repellent.
Once your training is booked, you'll be connected directly with Rinido to reserve your accommodation. Accommodation and meals range from €560 to €800, depending on your preferences — from shared bell tents to shared rooms in tiny homes. For those desiring single accommodation, a limited number of private options may be available upon request. This is a place where nature holds you and time stretches out. A true sanctuary for healing, embodiment and remembering what really matters.
Travel: Nearest Airport is Heraklion, Crete, Greece (HER). Please make sure to arrive at the airport latest by 3:30pm on May 17th or October 2nd respectively. Please book your outbound flight no earlier than 2:30pm on May 26th or October 11th respectively.
